These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and tompel69 (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with your use of the tompel69 website located at https://tompel69.cam and all associated services, software, content, and functionality made available thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the tompel69 platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the personal registered account created by the User on the tompel69 platform.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a User subject to applicable wagering requirements and validity periods.

To register and maintain an active account on tompel69, the User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. The User must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of account use.
2. The User must be a natural person acting on their own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
3. The User must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. The User must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms, whether voluntarily through tompel69 or through any recognised self-exclusion programme.
5. The User must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
6. The User must not be a current or former employee, agent, contractor, or affiliate of tompel69 or any of its service providers.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Upon registration, the User acknowledges that tompel69 may, at its sole discretion, require submission of identity verification documents (KYC) at any point, including but not limited to prior to processing a withdrawal request. Documents typically required include:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership
• Selfie photograph holding the primary identification document

tompel69 will review submitted KYC documents within 24 to 48 business hours. All documentation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By accessing the tompel69 platform, the User agrees to use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. The User acknowledges that:

• Gambling carries inherent financial risk. The User accepts full personal responsibility for all wagers placed.
• The outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live human dealing, and tompel69 does not manipulate outcomes.
• The User must not access the platform using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological means designed to gain unfair advantage.
• Screen recording, streaming, or otherwise distributing live dealer session content without written authorisation from tompel69 is strictly prohibited.
• The User must not exploit software errors, technical faults, or configuration bugs to place wagers or obtain payouts that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.

tompel69 reserves the right to void any wager or withhold any payout where there is reasonable evidence of system exploitation, regardless of whether the fault originated on the platform or within a third-party game provider's software.

tompel69 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT, ETH) via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB.

6.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 10 (or cryptocurrency equivalent).
• Deposits are credited to the Account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation.
• tompel69 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 30.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawals require fully completed identity verification.
• Withdrawals via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank transfers via DuitNow/FPX are typically completed within 5–15 minutes during banking hours.
• Standard bank wire transfers may take 15–60 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method used for a prior deposit unless otherwise approved by the compliance team.

tompel69 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral commissions, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion page states otherwise in writing:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 1x to 35x the bonus amount, as specified on each individual promotion.
• Bonus validity periods begin from the date the bonus is credited to the Account. Bonuses not wagered within the validity period will expire automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, jackpot slots, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or zero contribution. Refer to the applicable promotion page for full contribution tables.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible new account.

• Any attempt to exploit or abuse bonus structures — including multi-accounting, collusion, or matched wagering — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings.

All games available on the tompel69 platform are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game studio or live dealer operator. In addition, the following platform-wide gaming rules apply:

• Disconnections: In the event of an internet disconnection during a live game session, the game outcome will be determined as if the session had completed normally. tompel69 is not liable for disconnections caused by the User's internet service provider or Device.
• Minimum and Maximum Wagers: Each game has defined minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may vary by game and account tier.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, all bets and pays related to the malfunction are void. tompel69 will credit or debit affected balances as appropriate following an internal investigation.
• Currency: All bets are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default. Cryptocurrency balances are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are subject to separate sportsbook rules covering settlement, void bets, postponed events, and live betting acceptance policies. These are available within the sportsbook section of the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tompel69 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a third party
• Using another person's identity or payment method without their explicit and documented consent
• Using automated betting tools, bots, artificial intelligence agents, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage exploitation, or guaranteed-profit strategy in conjunction with bonus funds
• Participating in collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage in any poker, table game, or tournament format
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial transaction
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or compliance checks
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing customer support staff or other users
• Publishing false or defamatory statements about tompel69 or its personnel

All content on the tompel69 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, graphics, user interface design, page layouts, software, databases, and written copy, is the exclusive intellectual property of tompel69 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and sports betting purposes. This licence does not permit the User to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of tompel69.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tompel69, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if tompel69 has been advised of the possibility of such damages
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security
• Service interruptions arising from scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or third-party infrastructure failures
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

tompel69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the User against a valid deposit
• Compliance with a court order, regulator direction, or law enforcement request

Upon account closure by the User, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus requirements) will be returned to the User's registered withdrawal method following completion of applicable identity verification. Closure requests should be submitted to our 24/7 support team.

tompel69 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe environment for all eligible players. We offer the following tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits from your Account Settings. Limit reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and automatic logout after a defined session duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, you cannot deposit or place wagers.

tompel69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the tompel69 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which tompel69 operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your Account that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team will be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Before escalating any dispute to formal arbitration, Users are encouraged to contact the tompel69 support team in the first instance, providing full details of the dispute including account information, transaction references, and a description of the issue. Our team will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of acknowledgement.
